Ms. Xu Xiaoyan specializes in marriage, inheritance, protection and inheritance of family wealth, as well as dispute resolution. She represented Zhejiang Consumer Protection Committee against Shanghai Railway Bureau with public interest litigation, which was named as "the First Consumer Public Interest Litigation in China". She represented 26 patients in Zhejiang Province against Hangzhou Huaxia Hospital for medical disputes, which received nationwide media attention and was called as "the No. 1 False Advertising Case in China" by media.
