Mr. Luo specializes in employment law, ESG, compliance, supply chain and industrial & commercial human rights, as well as related dispute resolution. In particular, he has extensive experience in the areas of personnel settlement for transactional projects, cross-

border employment, relationship between senior executives and key employees, new employment models and ESG and compliance system establishment. Among them, there 

will be dozens of personnel settlement for transactional projects, and the number of employees involved ranges from dozens of people to over 30,000 people.
