Wang Qingyou

LL.B., China University of Political Science and Law. LL.M. (Economic Law), Peking University. His professional fields are real estate and construction engineering, corporate restructuring and M&A, commercial litigation and arbitration.

Partner Wang Qingyou is good at legal affairs such as real estate and construction projects, corporate restructuring and M&A, corporate governance, investment funds, etc., as well as litigation and arbitration related to the above businesses. He has provided relevant legal services for many large companies. Catherine Guo

LL.B. from Beijing Foreign Studies University and LL.M. from Renmin University of China. Participator of The Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme for Young Chinese Lawyers. She specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, international dispute resolution, and interlocked penal and civil cases.

Ms. Catherine Guo had worked as a journalist for the Xinhua News Agency and China Central Television (CCTV) for 10 years. After becoming a professional lawyer, she has served as a legal consultant for intergovernmental international organizations and many Fortune 500 multinational companies and has undertaken a large number of complex civil and commercial litigation cases. Catherine’s superb trial skills, excellent negotiation skills, and powerful methods of persuasion help her gain widespread recognition from clients. Catherine has outstanding achievements in the field of civil and commercial dispute resolution and foreign criminal litigation. Many cases she represented, such as “the world's first case of driver’s death caused by automatic driving”, have cutting-edge reference value in the industry.

Sang Zhijie

Master of Economic Law, from Nankai University. Ph.D. student in Finance and Taxation Management, from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The professional fields are tax planning and tax-related dispute resolution, civil and commercial dispute cases, financial capital market, administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation.

Director of Finance and Taxation Business Center of Anli, partner, senior economist, senior management accountant (PCMA), tax accountant, licensed pharmacist, with qualifications in the fund industry. He is currently a think tank expert of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, a special lecturer of the People's Daily, a special lecturer of the China EDP Education Alliance, a drafter of compliance standards for small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and a certified teacher, an author of “Enterprise Tax Risk Management under Big Data” (published by China United Industry and Commerce Publishing House in November 2021), and has published many articles. He initiated the legal and tax comprehensive thinking course of corporate tax source management practice, and has been teaching in the president class of Tsinghua University since 2016.
