Ms. Guan Limei has practiced law for 11 years. She is the deputy director of Beijing Anli (Kunming) Law Firm. During her practice, she has always pursued the basic requirements of "Two Advocacies" and strengthened political guidance. As a lawyer, she shall firmly establish "Four Consciousnesses" and "Four Confidences", resolutely safeguard the core position of General Secretary Xi Jinping in the CPC Central Committee and the whole Party, and always maintain a high degree of unity with the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core. She has thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping's socialist thought on the rule of law with Chinese characteristics for a new era, taken the lead in respecting, studying and abiding by the Constitution, resolutely safeguarded the authority of the Constitution, and acted as a staunch defender, faithful practitioner and active promoter of the socialist rule of law. 

Ms. Guan has solid legal foundation and careful and meticulous style in handling cases .She specializes in financial, real estate and other legal affairs. She has long served as the legal counsel for retail credit department of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., Kunming Branch, legal counsel for Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Kunming Branch, and provided legal services for many banks in debt collection and asset and debt restructuring. 

During her practice, Ms. Guan served as long-term legal counsel for many financial institutions and developed her solid theoretical and professional skills.

◆ Acting as special legal counsel for Credit Card Department of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Kunming Branch;

◆ Acting as special legal counsel for the restructuring project of Jingdong Yi Nationality Rural Credit Cooperative Union;

◆ Acting as special legal counsel for the restructuring project of Simao District Rural Credit Cooperative Union, Pu 'er City, and establishment of a rural commercial bank

◆ Acting as special legal counsel for the restructuring project of Chuxiong Rural Credit Cooperative Union, and establishment of a rural commercial bank. In addition, Ms. Guan has undertaken an extensive range of social responsibilities, served as a member of the Finance, Securities and Insurance Committee of the Yunnan Lawyers' Association, and co-authored the Book of Property Law Popularization (Yunnan People's Publishing House, 2007 Edition), which is one of the Fifth Five-Year Plan law popularization training books of Yunnan Province.
