Mr. Luo specializes in employment law, ESG, compliance, supply chain and business and human rights, as well as related dispute resolution. In particular, he has extensive experience in the areas of personnel placement for transactional projects, cross-border employment, senior executives and key employees relationship, new employment models and ESG and compliance system establishment. Among them, he handled dozens of personnel placement for transactional projects, and the number of employees involved ranges from dozens of people to over 30,000 people. 

Mr. Luo has provided legal services to hundreds of domestic and foreign well-known enterprises and institutions in different industries, including but not limited to, National Energy Group, China General Nuclear Power Corporation, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, COFCO, Aeronautical Engine Group of China, ChemChina Group, China Merchants Group, MCC Group, Xinhua III Group, Beijing Tourism Group, Alfa Laval, Bayer, KPMG, HSBC, Orion, IBM, Munich Re, Nokia, Nikon, Bombardier, Apple, Bridgestone, MITSUI, GE, MasterCard, Siemens, Hyundai Motor, John Deere, MetLife, Didi, Golden Wind Technology, Giant Network, Lenovo, Hainan Airlines, Mengniu Group, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Development Research Center of the State Council, Organizing Committee for the 2022 Winter Olympics, etc. 

In areas of international labor and employment issues, Mr. Luo has participated in major projects organized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Justice and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, including the proposal on negotiation of labor clauses in China's accession to the CPTPP. It has also been invited to participate in ILO exchange programs on international labor standards and human rights due diligence in supply chains and business.
