Anli Tokyo office (Anli Partners of Registered Foreign Lawyers ) and Toranomon Chuo Law Firm have been working together since 2020 through the approval of the Minister of Justice of the Ministry of Justice of Japan to establish a joint venture in foreign law, in which lawyers qualified to conduct legal affairs related to foreign law in Japan and Japanese law firms will jointly handle legal affairs.

The implementation of the joint foreign law practice of our Japanese operations aims to integrate lawyers dealing with Japanese laws and lawyers dealing with Chinese laws in both substance and form, making it possible to provide legal services between the two countries simultaneously. For clients, there is no longer a need to divide Japanese and Chinese laws and they can enjoy coherent and quality legal services. Meanwhile, we can match cases for Chinese and Japanese clients globally through our network of legal affairs partners in Europe, the US and other Asian countries and regions.
